The Small Print:

1) There must be a minimum of 8 entries for the contest to take place.
2) One child per family only please.
3) No professional pictures accepted.
4) Only one vote per person per photo. Comments are welcome but do not count as a vote.
5) Dana Peterson Photography reserves the right to deny any submissions.
6) Dana Peterson Photography will verify that all votes are from facebook fans.
7) Contest is open to all children ages 3 months to 17 years old at the time the photo was taken.
8) All photos submitted must have been taken within the last 3 months.
9) The person submitting the photo must be a parent or legal guardian of the child.
10) The winning session must take place between the months of April - June 2012 in Ada County, Idaho.
11) By entering you agree that you have permission to use the photo submitted.
12) The first name of the child will be posted along with the photo on Dana Peterson Photography facebook page.
13) All images for the winner may be used online and in the portfolio of Dana Peterson Photography.
