He is already 9 {Kuna, Idaho Photography}

Nine years has passed so quickly. This is our oldest and it is scarey to think how quickly the next 9 will go.  We are so pleased with this kid.

It is great to take a break from standard sessions and take my own kids out for a photoshoot.  My friends, Tara of Tara Lynn Photography and Emily of M Kay Photography came with.  It was such a fun night that ended at the Chevron with popsicles.

These little girls were pretty good sports!  All things considered, I thought they did great!  They all look like they could be sisters!  Mine are on the outsides and Tara's are the two in the middle.

i decided yesterday morning that if I was going to get a shot in the purple flowers (which are really weeds) I better hurry.  So, I made sme headbands, got the girls dressed and drove to the location I have had my eye on.  Wouldn't you know it as soon as we got there the sun came out from behind the clouds so the girls had a hard time not squinting.
 

Lots of newness!

Lots of "newness" going on around here.  You may have noticed, the new blog look.  Well, I also have a new logo! 

 I am really thrilled to continue shooting in 2012 and look forward to a great year. 

The shot below is not from a portrait session.  It is my daughter showing off yet another new thing -- a backdrop.  Thanks for all of your support and business.

Just Peachy! {Treasure Valley Photography}

I have been dreaming of peach blossoms for more than a year and I fianlly got the chance to visit them.  Unfortunately the lighting was really harsh but I am still grateful for what I got.
